Cancellation Policy:

1. Conditions for Cancellation

Cancellation requests are only considered if made within 7 days of placing an order.

 If the order has been sent to the seller or shipping has started, the cancellation request may not be approved.

 Once an order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may still use the return process after delivery.

In some cases, you may reject the product at your doorstep when the delivery is attempted.

2. Cancellation Fees

No cancellation fees will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order has been processed but not yet shipped, a nominal cancellation fee may be charged.

Any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

3. Non-Cancellable Products

Some items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed. Examples include perishable items (flowers, eatables, etc.).

 However, if a perishable product is delivered in poor quality, a refund or replacement may be possible.

 Other specific products may be marked “non-cancellable” at the time of purchase.

4. Notes

While refunds are processed within 7 days, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
